Mango Creek Lodge is located in Port Royal, on the island of Roatan Honduras. You can come to the island by plane to the internation airport, or by ferry or private boat. There are no roads that make it all the way to Mango Creek Lodge. We are truly off the beatan path and away from it all. Just the way we, and our guests like it.
From The United States
Direct flights are available from Miami (MIA), Houston (IAH), and Atlanta (ATL) from the United States. Search for flights going to Roatan International Airport (RTB). Continental, Delta, American Airlines and TACA airlines have flights servicing Roatan. It is recommended that you fly directly from a United States airport to Roatan for ease of travel and shorter travel time. Economically minded travelers may find better rates by searching out flights that include a stop on the mainland.
From Europe
The most comon route to MCL taken by our European guests is to fly into Miami (MIA) and then connect to a flight to Roatan.
From Mainland Honduras

Ferry from La Ceiba, Mainland Honduras
Twice daily a ferry travels between Roatan with La Ceiba on the mainland Honduras. The ride takes 1 1/2 hours and leaves La Ceiba at 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. Subject to cancellation from inclement weather.
Once You Arrive In Roatan
Once you arrive, a representative of Mango Creek Lodge will meet you, help find your bags and help you pass through the customs check. Mango Creek Lodge is located about 1 hour from the airport. The 30 minute trip by car to Oak Ridge gives you a quick look at much of Roatan including some breathtaking views of the surrounding waters. At Oak Ridge you go to BJ’s, truly a memorable bar, and then will move to a Mango Creek Lodge boat for the final leg of the trip.
